Doing a deal right now with Kellen B. (sales mgr) and Trevor (sales). Class B Coachman. Used 2022 Coachmen RV Nova 20RB Helping me get financing and poss ext warranty. Closing in a few days will update...STAY TUNED 8/5/26: OMG...huge update: RAM Promaster 2022 is on a 2021 chassis. Before we comment look up the difference between a 2021 and 2022 chassis for this model. 8/7/26: decided not to go with the Ram at the moment but want to work with Bish's still. They are on the lookout for me. The guys were very understanding in my change of mind. Even offered to drive one back from out west if we were interested. The people there are very professional and I love the fact that we will be dealing local and if we need service or winterization or any questions on are RV, they are right around the corner.

Working with the Tech person (Dan) through the RV Fix virtual setting, Dan was able to walk me through problem solving a slide issue. My bedroom slide would not extend outward leaving my closet and most of my dresser drawers inaccessible. The help he provided and the recommendations he made were all done with clarity and patience. Being able to find the control box for the slide and locate the loose wire… saved my 5 week vacation from a lot of frustration. Thank you Dan!

David was prompt with his call! He helped with a recall issue that didn't pertain to our camper. Then we had an issue with the Onan 5500 LP generator that didn't want to keep running. It turned out to be a regulator issue and he get that figured out for us! Thank David, Roy and Linda

We had an amazing experience with Trevor, our sales consultant. He was patient, kind, and NOT pushy which is the best part. We came back to him a few times before deciding on the one camper for us. He was always willing to answer my questions and was extremely thorough throughout the process. He was able to get every question we had answered, and we can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Trevor! And we will buy another camper from here if we are in the market for one!

We had an Alliance trailer, that we did not purchase from Bish's, that needed warranty work. When we contacted the dealer we purchased it from we discovered that they had closed their doors. Unsure where to go for the service we needed, we reached out to Bish's in Traverse City as we had purchased a previous trailer from Bish's in Iowa and we were very happy with the experience of purchasing the trailer from them. In additional plus was that, Bish's in Traverse City sells and services Alliance trailers. Some of our work was under manufacturer warranty and some of it was under our extended warranty, it was nothing that we would consider major problems, but things that we wanted fixed as part of preventing issues down the road. An awning that didn't close as tight as it should, a slide that was slightly out of alignment on one side, a LED light that was burned out etc. We dealt with the Sam Tatar, one of their Service Outfitters. In a world that seems to have lost the value of customer service, Sam has renewed our faith. The trailer is a 2022 that was never preowned, so it was purchased NEW from the dealer that closed. Which means it still had a one year manufacturer warran
